Delete your account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Eleve8 account (also branded as Elevate in the app) and what happens to your data. Deletion is completed inside the mobile app — there is no separate website login required.
Account deletion is permanent. It cannot be undone. Progress photos and logs cannot be recovered after deletion.
How to request deletion (in the app)
- Open the Eleve8 app on your phone.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open your profile (avatar on Home, or Profile).
- Tap Delete account (or go to Privacy & data).
- Confirm the warning that deletion cannot be undone.
- Type DELETE when asked, then confirm.

What is deleted
When you delete your account, we remove associated personal data from our systems, including:
- Account and login data (email / auth user)
- Profile and onboarding details (name, metrics, goals, diet preferences)
- Meal and workout plans and logs assigned to you
- Progress logs (weight, measurements, steps) and progress photos (deleted when possible)
- Consult bookings, reminder preferences, and in-app notification records tied to your account
- Subscription / membership status row for your account
What may be retained (and for how long)
- Security / backup copies — limited residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a short period (typically up to 30 days) before they are purged in the normal backup cycle.
- Legal / fraud records — we may keep minimal records if required by law, to resolve disputes, or to prevent abuse.
- Anonymous analytics — aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics that cannot reasonably identify you may be kept.
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. You must use the in-app Delete account flow (or contact us below).

If you cannot access the app or the Delete account option, email us from the address on your account: anoop@eleve8fit.com with subject “Account deletion request”. Include the email used to sign up. We will process the request and confirm when your account and associated data have been deleted.
